1. Using the service

Tiketi Kiganjani lets you search routes, buy bus and daladala tickets, and manage your tickets and account. You agree to provide accurate information when buying tickets or creating an account, and to use the service only for lawful purposes.

2. Accounts and passwords

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact support immediately and use the in-app "Change Password" option.

3. Tickets and payments

A ticket is valid for the route, date, and fare shown at the time of purchase. Payments are processed through the mobile money providers shown at checkout. Refund and reschedule eligibility follows the operator's own policy shown at the time of purchase.

4. Account deletion

You may request account deletion from your profile at any time. Your account is deactivated immediately with a 30-day window to reactivate by logging back in. After 30 days, the account is permanently closed; your phone number is freed for a new account, and your historical ticket and purchase records are retained as described in our Privacy Policy, in line with LATRA regulations.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service - including attempting to forge tickets, interfere with the platform's operation, or use another person's account or ticket without authorization.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Tiketi Kiganjani after a change means you accept the updated terms.
